hacky thing of the day: server can't connect to letsencrypt over v6. add a hacky /etc/hosts entry for v4 and it works.

See, IPv6 packets can carry all kinds of information in each packet, such as your MAC address. Running a VPN that uses IPv6 is just about pointless and that's why many of the ones that have OpenVPN profiles to choose from usually have only UDP and TCP (IPv4) as options. Always pick the IPv4 port 443 when you can. But, all SSL versions must be approved by the n$_a, so yeah...
