Branching Oyster Mushroom - Pleurotus cornucopiae

This white #mushroom is very closely related to the Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) which is cultivated & sold commercially. Apparently, as well as looking like the bivalve, they both taste like it.

The botanical name partly comes from the Latin word "pleuro" which means to the side, in reference to the position of the stem to the cap.

I'm currently away from my desktop for a week. The weird thing is that my laptop has never worked properly with my headphones, despite them working perfectly fine on my desktop. It's not even an OS thing, as they both run (different) Linux distros and audio config shouldn't vary that much.
